ESPECIALLY FOR PETS ANNOUNCES 2009 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
 Especially for Pets, a Massachusetts pet food and supply company with stores located in Acton, Canton, Medway, Newton, Sudbury, Wayland and Westborough is proud to announce Frannie Polverini of Newburyport as the 2009 Employee of the Year. Caryn Bosworth, Especially for Pets’ director of operations and promotions, said “Frannie has been committed to Especially for Pets’ mission and its customers ever since she was hired five years ago. Frannie received this award of excellence for several reasons including her exemplary dedication, self-motivation, and ability to consistently exceed customer service expectations.” Frannie is well known in all seven Especially for Pets’ store locations as ‘the Maltese lady’ because she brings her dog, Peri, to work with her in Newton at the corporate office. As a pet lover and dog owner herself, she is always sincere about delivering personalized customer service and often remembering customer’s by name (or at least recalling their pet’s name)! In her free time, Frannie is an active volunteer for Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society in Salisbury. “Frannie exemplifies the Especially for Pets’ mission: knowledgeable employees, outstanding customer service, and a passion for pets,” said Michael DiTullio, president and owner of Especially for Pets. “It gives me great pleasure to recognize Frannie’s achievements.” |
