Hearts & Paws: Make a K-9 your Valentine

Saturday, February 11
10:00am-3:00pm
Canton
Join us for a collaborative event to raise funds to provide bullet and stab protective vests for police dogs! We are joining forces with Vested Interest in K-9s, Inc., and their corporate fundraising partners, Avon Products, Verizon Fios, GoldnSilver and Lorie-Lyn Photography to raise much needed money to help protect the law enforcement dogs who protect us. Each business has joined Vested Interest in K-9s, Inc., as a fundraising partner and a percentage of their sales for the day will go to the non-profit.

You'll meet 12-year-old Samantha Gagnon who successfully raised funds in 2011 through non-profit, Vested Interest in K-9s to outfit each of the three Fall River police dogs with bullet and stab protective vests. She will continue her mission to assist a hard working and dedicated police dog with a bullet and stab protective vest just in time for Valentine's Day. Her goal is to raise $1,006!
