Buddy Dog Humane Society Information Day
Westborough - Adoption Days
About this event
Meet volunteers from the current recipient of nail clipping donations. Founded in 1961, Buddy Dog Humane Society is a no-kill shelter for dogs and cats located in Sudbury, Massachusetts. Throughout the years, Buddy Dog has provided veterinary care, training, and socialization for thousands of animals. Every dog or cat adopted through Buddy Dog receives a wellness exam, is spayed or neutered (age permitting), and is up-to-date on vaccinations. Unwanted animals are brought to Buddy Dog by local residents and animal control officers, and through their outreach program, they are able to also assist other shelters and rescues. In addition to caring for the animals, Buddy Dog is active in the community providing education on responsible pet ownership and giving tours to school children.
Your donations will enable Buddy Dog Humane Society to purchase medical supplies and treatments for all of the animals in their care. In addition, it will help the shelter treat animals with various issues such as heartworm disease, dental disease, and other medical conditions.
