Founded in 2004 by concerned humanitarians, BCCC is a no-kill cat rescue and adoption organization that assists feral (wild) and abandoned cats and their kittens. Their mission is to reduce the suffering and death of ferals in Billerica (and surrounding towns) by implementing the Trap/Neuter Release (TNR) Program for feral cats.
