Sales Associates

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates should be action-oriented individuals committed to a high level of customer service and possess a drive for results. They must demonstrate a proven track record of dependability and have an interest and desire to learn about our products and services. Sales associates are responsible for:

  • Maintaining standards of offering a positive customer shopping experience to loyal customer base.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills with management, staff and customers.
  • Being a motivated and energetic team player.
  • Having a desire to work hard and learn.
  • Merchandising and stocking shelves.
  • Maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization.

A prospective candidate must have:

  • A love and respect for animals.
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and organizational skills.
  • Self starting attributes and a sense of urgency.
  • The ability and willingness to lift 50 lb. bags of food.
  • Minimum six months retail experience is preferred.
  • Experience in an animal-related profession is preferred.
