    Drawing Rules


    1.  No purchase necessary. Entrants/winners must be legal residents of the     U.S. who are 18 years of age or older as of March 1, 2004 excluding all full or part-time employees of Especially for Pets, Inc.

    2.  How to enter: Complete the Customer Experience Survey and click the submit button to automatically enter. Only one entry per person each month will be accepted.

    3.  Selection of winner: One winner will be chosen each month randomly by an Especially for Pets, Inc. employee from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email on the first day of each month and may be featured in various promotional materials. The selection process will be conducted under the supervision of Especially for Pets, Inc. whose decisions are final and binding. The $50 gift certificate will be mailed to the winner and has no expiration date. It can be used for purchases at any Especially for Pets, Inc. location in     Newton, Acton, Sudbury, Wayland, or Westborough Massachusetts and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    4.  All entries submitted become the property of Especially for Pets, Inc. Contest ends the last day of each month.

    5.  Winner must agree in writing to the use of their names, addresses for the purpose of advertising, trade and promoting in any and all media on behalf of Especially for Pets, Inc., without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
