To the staff:
I have
been meaning to write this note for some time now. I would like to let you
all know how lucky I feel to be able to do business with you all.
I have
been bringing my dog ‘Al’ to you for several years now. She has always been
beautifully groomed and I have found no other groomer to surpass your job.
Besides the beautiful work, the staff and groomers have been very friendly
and genuinely caring for my special pet.
Al is
now in her ‘twilight’ years. Her hips are tender and her legs arthritic. At
home, we treat her with ‘kid gloves’ and try to make her as comfortable as
possible at all times. We love her deeply so this TLC is easy
and a natural thing to give.
I want
you all to know that I get great comfort when I drop her off at your shop.
You have all been so ‘considerate’ and ‘very kind’ and conscious of her
ailments. Leaving her there is almost like leaving her with family. Alicia
has been especially wonderful. She treats Al like ‘fine china’ and has been
so kind.
So as
you can see, it is my belief, that I am very fortunate to be able to do
business with you all.
I
thank you and Al thanks you!
Stay
well.
Sincerely,
Dianne Rago |
